Scourge: Outbreak Breaks onto PSN Later this Year

According to a press release, Spanish developer Tragnarion Studios has announced their newest foray into the 3rd person shooter genre, Scourge: Outbreak.  Assumingly a follow-up to their Steam-released game, Scourge: Project, Outbreak will feature alien mayhem in four player co-op, eight player deathmatch, and capture the flag modes.

Each of four playable characters will offer unique background stories, told through flashbacks, adding potential re-playability to the campaign.  For all you trophy hunters out there, Tragnarion has confirmed 12 trophies for Outbreak.

Expect a Q3 2012 release on PSN, XBLA, and Mac.
