inFAMOUS: Festival Of Blood Is PSN’s Fastest Selling Title

Buried in today’s NPD press release from Sony is this joyous nugget of information;

On the digital front, we are also pleased to report that inFAMOUS: Festival of Blood is the fastest selling PS3 digital game ever launched on PSN.”

When inFAMOUS: Festival of Blood was first announced, I was unsure if a side story set in a pre-existing world was a good fit for a digital game. In the end, the final product really threw me for a loop by providing a great stand alone experience that even people who aren’t familiar with the characters could enjoy. We ended up giving it a 4/5, and i’m happy to see it enjoying such success!
