P.T., the playable teaser for Silent Hills will be ending its distribution period on April 29th. In other words, after April 29th, you will no longer be able to purchase the playable teaser. Silent Hills is a collaboration between Hideo Kojima and Guillermo Del Toro, starring Norman Reedus.
Most likely, if you have purchased P.T. and have it on you PSN account, you should be able to download and play as you please. However, if you have yet to download P.T., you will need to purchase P.T. before April 29th to continue playing.
Questions have no arisen on whether Silent Hills has been canceled. Konami has yet to officially comment.
[Update] Konami has released a statement confirming that Silent Hills has been cancelled.
Konami is committed to new Silent Hill titles, however the embryonic ‘Silent Hills’ project developed with Guillermo del Toro and featuring the likeness of Norman Reedus will not be continued.
