With Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V Tag Force Special only weeks away, Konami has begun pushing out more content for the PSP bound card game. Once again presented by editors of V-Jump magazine, this video takes a look at headlining characters from each Yu-Gi-Oh! series as they summon their signature cards. In earlier entries this would’ve been accompanied by special animations, but it looks like Tag Force Special has decided to use static character portraits with a brief monologue from the characters.
The above video only shows a handful of the 25 characters from the five Yu-Gi-Oh! TV series in the game. Those 25 make up a small amount of the total duelists in Tag Force Special. Over 190 duelists created by Konami will be in the game to battle and befriend.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V Tag Force Special is due out on January 22nd in Japan at 3000yen. The game features over 7000 cards, support for local four player multiplayer, a story mode that encompasses all five Yu-Gi-Oh! series and the ability to partner with 25 characters from across the Yu-Gi-Oh! universe. It’s set to be the first Yu-Gi-Oh! game to include Pendulum Summons. While the game is a PSP title, Konami expects it to be playable on PS Vita. No global release details have been shared.
