Volleyball is Rad Again with Gunsport

Earlier this week, Necrosoft Games released the first trailer for their upcoming Gunsport, a cyberpunk volleyball game with guns. In short, this is probably the most radical volleyball game since Ice Man and Maverick tore it up in Top Gun. I’m digging the music and hoping the gameplay is balanced and fun.

Gunsport is set in a future where volleyball is a substitute for war between nations, a sort of hyperbole of how soccer is perceived everywhere but within the United States. With each team having its own weapon set, the game will be sure to have a fair amount of variety. I’m ready to knock the rain off of my LED umbrella and dig in, but I’ll have to wait until late 2015 to check it out.
