Q-Games’ The Tomorrow Children Coming to PS4

From the makers of the Pixeljunk series of games, The Tomorrow Children, will be coming to PS4 as an exclusive.

The Tomorrow Children takes place in a future that has changed due to the effects of experiments in 1960s Russia that have gone horribly wrong. After the experiments, it took 90 years for the remaining humans to rebuild and in turn have created you, a ‘projection clone’. The player is tasked with venturing out into ‘The Void’ to restore the human race to its former glory.

Mining resources is an important part of the game. The town you are stationed at needs resources to defend itself from the attacks of the Izverg, who are giant monsters that roam the Void. Buildings, gun turrets, light fixtures, cars and tanks can all be built using resources to grow and defend the town.

In addition, every few days an election is held and a new mayor will be elected to the town. One mayor may increase a weapon’s efficiency, while another may reduce the cost of constructing buildings.
