It looks like the maintenance added the ability to download almost all PSP/PSone games to Vita

One of the most frustrating parts of being a North American PS Vita owner is the fact that not all PSP, and PSone games on the PlayStation Store work on the device. While some of these forbidden games magically function through a transfer via PS3, other games like the classic Crash Bandicoot, and Spyro the Dragon titles don’t. It looks like today’s PlayStation Network maintenance rectified that. You can now download almost every piece of PSP/PSone software on Vita through the PlayStation Store’s Download List. Yes, this includes those classic platformers, alongside games that were removed from PSN in general, like Brave Story: New Traveler, Phantasy Star Portable 2, and Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai – Another Road. It even includes PSP Demos, and DLC. Though, it looks like some games like Motor Toon GP, and Pocket Fighter still won’t work.
We don’t know if this was intended, so if you’re interested in those games, I’d download fast!
