Check Out The Virtual Meat Boy Mini Game From Retro City Rampage

E3 is less than a week away and the announcements are starting to pile on. Retro City Rampage will be playable on PlayStation Vita at Sony booth and for the first time ever the indie-game cross over minis games will be playable.

The first of which was announced last year, an 8-Bit take on the XBLA game Splosion Man. Today we have learned about the second of these mash-ups, Virtual Meat Boy. In Virtual Meat Boy you have the graphical stylings a Nintendo Virtual Boy game mashed all up with Team Meat’s hard as hell platformer Super Meat Boy. If you don’t want to get a headache from the Red on Black virtual boy action, fear not as you can kick it Rad Racer style. Just make sure to supply your own set of 3d glasses.

The third cross-over has something to do with “bits” “trips” and a “runner”. Look for a trailer in the near future.

There is still no release date for RCR yet, but Brian (the sole developer) is working hard to get it out as soon as possible. I will be checking this out for sure during E3, so look for my preview in the near future.
