Preceding the September release of Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock, Activision has announced 15 new tracks for the month of August. They will be compatible with Guitar Hero 5, Band Hero, and the upcoming Guitar Hero: WoR.
The tracks include:
August 3rd
The Used: “The Taste of Ink”, “The Bird and the Worm”, “Pretty Handsome Awkward”
August 10th
Sum 41: “Fat Lip”, “In Too Deep”, “Still Waiting”
August 17th
Weezer: “Beverly Hills”, “Pork and Beans”, “Island in the Sun”
August 24th
Megadeth: “Symphony of Destruction”, “Hangar 18”, “Peace Sells”
August 31st
P.O.D.: “Southtown”, “Youth of the Nation”, “Boom”
The track packs will cost $5.49 each, with individual songs costing $1.99 each.
I wonder how the talkbox section in “Beverly Hills” will be handled. Hopefully it requires you to sing and play at the same time.
