Minis Surpass 1 Million Downloads

The PlayStation Blogs were abuzz yesterday with news of the minis platform going platinum. Which is a great accomplishment. With this news they also included a list of the top ten selling games on the platform.

It seems that they only included titles that play both on PSP and PS3, so heavy hitters like Tetris aren’t included. We also don’t know if certain titles, like Age of Zombies and Fieldrunners, have numbers included from promotions like PlayStation Plus. It is a little sad to see some great titles like Monsters Probably Stole My Princess and VectorTD not making the list.

This news also sparked a discussion on our forums about minis pricing. With some, me included, believing that if priced similar to iPhone products they could have reached this milestone much sooner. So check out some of the community’s favs and get in on the party.
